Processing time is 1-2 days and estimated shipping time depends on which one you choose during check out.

Restock dates are normally every 60days because every herbal infused product is created in small batches and takes 6-8 weeks to properly infuse.

Any unopened and unused products can be returned within 7 days of receiving. We cannot refund or receive products that have been opened. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If package is delivered and it’s visibly damaged, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the package. We will kindly issue a refund or send over a new product.

Our products are formulated to for dry, sensitive skin.

The body oil is safe for this sensitive season. Some of the floral bath soaks are safe as well but Please consult your doctor before using anything new on your skin during this sensitive time.

For best results we recommend taking a bath once a week for 15-20 minutes.

Check with your doctor before sitting in bath and ask your doctor about how often and how long is safe for you.

Theses oils are best used 2-3x a week. They are designed to be effective and not used daily because they are a strong herbal infusion.

The face oils shouldn't be used no more than 10 days in a row. There should be a break after and then used again.
